This could be a good card but you cannot use it at gas pumps. What good does it do for someone disabled and cant walk far to have it. Im going back to direct deposit. Regular bank cards work at gas pumps.

This app is beyond user friendly, and it makes checking my balance and transactions so much faster and easier. I applaud the person(s) who designed it. Again, thank you!

But its not optimized for iPad which is a thing I hate. Please make it useful for iPad too please.

they better come up with another update compatible with iPad right away

Ive been waiting forever for this app! It makes everything more convenient, however, there is a huge glitch in the pending deposits section. I still had to call the number to get the correct information. Once this issue is fixed, it will definitely be an app that I keep on my phone!

Downloaded the app, yet I cant Register or Activate an account because it says "Terms And Conditions not found".

Good start! They just need to tweak it a little so that closed accounts with zero balances DO NOT show up or at least give the user the option of "hiding" accounts and/or changing the default account. VERY confusing to have a closed account as my default and then having to search for my active account to obtain my balance and current transactions.

Absolutely love this app. However, when I switched phone companies and got a different phone, I was not and still not able to sign in on my new phone. I go to register and it tells me Im already registered, I go to activate and it says I need to register…

These jerks actually rated their own app five stars! So Im minding my own business & one day out of nowhere I get a card in the mail saying I will get me federal benefits on this card. Thats funny because I didnt request the card & I have a real bank with people I can look in the eye & direct deposit already set up. Ive called multiple times trying to report a fraud & to close whatever account is supposedly in my name. The first call I was transferred then put on hold for 20 minutes. Then after the representative said "I dont understand what your problem is" after Ive explained it numerous times & at the first sign of my frustration over her not understanding fraud or the fact that I dont want to do business with them I was promptly hung up on in mid sentence. Another representative told me "We cant do anything because the cards are issued by the federal reserve. Youll have to call some bank in Texas." ComericA is the name of a bank on the card & I havent at all been able to reach them either. Either they themselves are defrauding me or they are working closer with the identity their than they will with me. Either way this company is grossly irresponsible & negligent. They will not take any action from my reporting a fraud & so no action has been taken by then. I dont trust Direct Express or ComericA Bank and I recommend that you dont either.

I received a replacement card and opened the app to check my balance it said that I have to activate the card when I went to do that it says that I am not registered. When I went to do that it says that I am already registered. It just took me in circles. I understand that I had to install an automatic update. I think thats what messed it up. My previous card and the non-updated version worked fine. Is there a bug somewhere?

Had it for several Months with no problems. Now all of a sudden I cannot log in cause I keep getting an error message. Please fix this!
